A Moment in Time

I’m anticipating the pleasures of doing photo albums. In preparation of that time, the last few days I’ve been organizing our digital pictures on the computer, rotating them (So one doesn’t have to get a cink in one’s neck watching the screen saver.) and editing a few. In the process, I came across this picture. One of my favorites! So I thought I’d share it with you. This was fall of 2004 I believe.

“The blessing of the Lord makes one rich!”

This picture is really cute! Been thinking of you and wondering how you’ve been. We are fine all except for the colds and runny noses. With four noses to wipe I have a full time job.:-)

How are you enjoying the little girlie? She’s a doll! Thanks for the picture and letter! Yeah, we have colds too.

I’m enjoying a bit of catch-up time with things around the house that don’t get done spring, summer or fall! . . . And having more time to enjoy the children!!! Games are getting to be such fun! Hide and seek Mama and Papa is an all time favorite! Checkers is becoming enjoyable with our oldest! :)

Japheth just finished some shelving in our “schoolroom” out of some old church benches and then he made a little church bench using the ends, our own little pew! It holds four children or Japheth and I. :)

Yeah, we now have a schoolroom with cradle and changing table in it too! It’s amazing how small houses seem with little ones coming and coming.

We used a buzzer\vibrator thingie for our oldest at night and now three weeks later no bed wetting!!! That’s exciting! . . . now for the next victim! :) Anyway this is getting to be too much like a letter . . . Bye!

What an adorable picture! You should turn it into note cards or something. =)
By the way, thanks so much for the encouraging card here a while back. It made my day!
    God’s best to you!

That picture reminds me of one we have of Dick and Bob when they were about that age. They also had their farmer caps on, and it’s just adorable. And so are your little guys.

Congratulations for your oldest! I bet he is a happy little boy about that… so glad it worked for you.

Sometimes I feel like I should be more of a play mom with my kiddos. Sounds like you all do a good job. Mike is better at playing with them than me.

Yeah I know all about a small house feeling up with children… :-)

How do you organize your photo albums? Do you do it by year, and do you do one for each child? I’ve started doing a separate one for Anna, but I’m worried when I have more children I won’t be able to keep doing one for each of them and the younger ones will get short-changed.
