We promptly downloaded them and began Anna's science education immediately--just kidding about the science education part. She loved listening to the bird songs, though, and kept looking at the speakers trying to figure out where those bird noises were coming from (she loves it when I whistle). None of us Stauffer women know where that record got to. We used to pass it (and a number of other ones) around so our children could listen to it. Our children LOVED that record. I think we're each afraid we are guilty of being the one who lost or pitched those records, although I can't imagine why we would have done such a thing. (But you never know - when a woman gets in the mood for cleaning out, watch out!) I never even thought of looking up those songs on the internet. Destiny would love them.
