No, Sharon, I detest making shirts! They were an after Christmas sale, 70% off! Someone blessed us with a gift for the children and we wanted NEW look alike shirts. Do you sew shirts?
My, pleasure, Lez. Jaden weighs about 20 lbs and Loraine weighs 24!
Wow. I’m not surprised at Jaden’s weight….Kaylie was 16 lbs. even a couple weeks ago. I’m curious to see what she weighs at her 9 month checkup the end of this month. She’s often underweight of those around her age, younger even.
Nope, I don’t sew shirts, but I sure admire those who do and manage to make them look nice! I think it would be fun to try, one of these days when I have time–Ha! Maybe I would detest making them then?
I’ve made two, one in Home Ec class and one for Japheth. They actually are fun and easy until you do the collar then comes trouble! If you can get that done nice, well, you did a good job! You probably would be good at it! I just am not paticular enough and so it didn’t turn out very nice and then I had to see my mistakes every time he wore it. Finally I got rid of it. Ah . . . time . . . yeah . . .well . . . babies don’t stay babies very long, but then comes school and games and outings . . . I’d just rather buy them, it’s enough a challenge to find time to keep up with the girls sewing!
Just weighed Wayne today and he’s right on 20 lbs there with Jaden though a year and two weeks older. Sharon do you keep ALL that stuff written in baby books? I find it so hard. (actually I just don’t record but the bare necessities usually) But I figure they have pictures and video footage . . .
ah, what a sweet picture. Your children look so well behaved, all sitting there so good. We just had our family pictures taken…it went better than I was expecting. Have a wonderful day today!
