Summer Joys!

Glorious!

A WHOLE field full!!!

Pregnancy is going well . . . uhmmm, growing well!!! :)

. . . Especially when I focus on remembering the little somebody that we will one day see instead of all the aches and pains and tiredness that come along with being pregnant.

. . .That is what one HAS to do . . . ” who for the joy that was set before him (her) endured. . .” (Anyone have advice for one who has varicose veins creeping up ones leg?)

I’ve had trouble with those uncomfortable varicose veins, too. I hate to tell you this in the HOT summertime, but what works for me (or greatly helps, anyway) is to wear support hose (I get them from Motherhood Maternity–also available online if you don’t have a store close–which you probably don’t. :-) . These are much cheaper than some others that you can get). I DON’T like wearing hose all day, but they sure beat going without and feeling the awful aches. Also I’ve usually tried to prop up my feet when I sit down. Not staying in one position too long can help too–get walking! Hope this helps, and that God continues to give you grace to endure!

Aren’t those fields beautiful? I miss seeing them on a more regular basis.

Do you want me to do a search on MOMYS for varicose veins?

When is your baby due? My due date was on Monday, so everyday seems like a really LONG day with out being able to hold this baby in my arms!! At least I know that it has to come soon!!

I don’t know diddley about varicose veins, but being sick?? Yes, yes,yes and yes again.Neither one is fun but you’re right, those little somebodys make you forget all about it.

I suggest sit down and put your feet up :) like you have time to do that. Support hose would probably help too.

Did I know you were pregnant? Congratulations! (I probably just forgot; it seems like this last pregnancy really did a number on my mind… oh well, it really is worth it!) We do have #5; Gabriel Hans was born July 3 and weighed 8 lb. 5 oz. He’s doing great! Blessings to you!
