It was one of those deals where it was my fault for letting her have it, knowing she'd make a mess, but knowing she'd have so much fun, and it could be cleaned up.......well, she got ahead of me. I couldn't punish her though, because she was so delighted to tell me about what she did. One of those moments when you groan at the work ahead of you, and yet laugh at the sheer delight on your child's face, and decide it was worth letting them have their fun. Could it partly be the way you are meant to be? Didn't Kendra gain 50 pounds both times and lose it right back off? God bless your mothering and expectant days. Children are a blessing and I am sure the Lord does and will richly reward you for being their Godly mother! How cute!
