He Delights Our Hearts
How does one describe the first rain of the year? . . . That fresh, sweetness of spring . . . God created soooo much to delight our hearts . . . the beauty of the water ripples on the lake after ice and snow for months, the first green shoots, the swans and geese and loons coming back . . . We are blessed in many, many ways just by His earthly blessings not to count His Spiritual blessings . . .
. . .But one of the very best is that first spring rain!!!
“You visit the earth and water it,
You greatly enrich it;
The river of God is full of water;
You provide their grain,
For so You have prepared it.
You water its ridges abundantly,
You settle its furrows;
You make it soft with showers,
