Wow! That is a beautiful Sturgeon. I can’t wait to show the photo to Cerwin. He may want to stop there on our way home from Omaha tomorrow. Did you eat it? Where was Japheth fishing?

Rainy River up by the Canadian border, close to Baudette, MN . . . It wasn’t the right size to keep, alas . . . It was 59 inches long and weighed between 45 and 50 lbs. We can only keep them if they are between 45 and 50 or over 75 inches.

That is quite the fish. Know exactly what you mean about time. I’m taking a lot fewer pictures these days than what I’d like. I often think I need to take some pictures around the house here, but I’m too busy feeding them or changing them or reading to them to do it.
