Bird Nest Recipe

Bird Nests

1\4 cup butter

4 and 1\2 mini marshmallows

4 cup chow mien noodles

1\4 cup chocolate chips

1\4 cup peanut butter

candy eggs or jelly beans

In a large saucepan melt butter and marshmellows on medium heat until smooth.  Add peanut butter and chocolate chips.  Stir two min.  Remove from heat.  Stir in noodles, until coated.  Divide into 12 mounds on waxed paper on baking sheet.  Shape nest.  Fill with three or four eggs. Cool.  Store in airtight container.  Yield – 1 doz.

    Hi Aimee,
    These sound like so much fun. I’ll have to try them with the children. Did you know that we are expecting another baby in July? When is your due date?
